Refund policy

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation before next delivery. Pro-rated refunds are available for cancellation on unfulfilled orders. WildChow reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 15% of the refunded amount. Notification, in person, via email, and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Shipping and/or delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may be made for unfulfilled orders provided it meets the terms stated in the Cancellation Policy mentioned above.
