Is there a minimum for free delivery?

Free delivery for orders above $150.
For frozen orders (meals): $15 delivery below $150
For non-frozen orders (treats): $4.80 delivery below $150

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, 10:30am – 3:00pm, excluding selected Public Holiday eves and Public Holidays.

Order cut-offs:

Mon–Fri: Order by 2pm for next-day delivery
Sat: Order by 11am for Monday delivery
Orders after Saturday 11am will be delivered on Tuesday

To maintain logistic efficiency, we cannot make any changes to a delivery date or address after an order is placed. Please ensure someone MUST be at the delivery address provided within the time slot selected to receive your item.

DELIVERY TIMING & CHANGES 

Please understand that delivery time slots are approximate and may be affected by traffic or weather conditions, and our delivery partner will try their best to keep you updated.

We are unable to accommodate time-specific delivery requests. If you require a specific timing, you may opt for self-collection at: Nordcom 2, 2 Gambas Crescent, #09-12 Lobby 1, Singapore 757044 (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm)

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

All items are delivered frozen via cold chain logistics to maintain freshness.
Someone MUST be present to receive the order as the food is delivered frozen. If no one is available or contactable, the order will be left at the door, gate, or security counter.

Once delivered, WildChow is not liable for the condition of the items.
Please retrieve your order promptly and store it in the freezer immediately.

We advise that you retrieve the thermal bags immediately and store appropriately in the freezer upon delivery. You agree that WILDCHOW will not be liable for the condition of your order once the order has been dropped off.

FAILED DELIVERIES & REDELIVERY

If a delivery cannot be completed due to: no one present or contactable / inaccessible location / incorrect delivery details, the order will be returned to our kitchen.

Our delivery team work very hard and run on tight schedule. For our drivers to deliver again, it will incur petrol cost, effort and their precious time. As such, there will be an admin and redelivery fee of $30 for the package to be returned to our kitchen and subsequent redelivery. Your order will be redelivered at an agreed date and time window. 

Please include any special requests in the order notes (we’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee).

In the event of unforeseen delivery issues, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

I need my order urgently / Can I self collect my order?

If you need your order urgently, please select self pick-up and arrange your own collection from our space at Nordcom 2, 2 Gambas Crescent, #09-12 Lobby 1, Singapore 757044, from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Please WhatsApp us at 8928 8719 or email us at hello@wildchowpet.com to arrange. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship locally within Singapore.

RETURNS

WildChow safeguards the well-being of the pets, we uphold meticulous storage practices and implement stringent cold-chain transport protocols to ensure the utmost safety of our frozen pet meals.

In line with this, our policy strictly prohibits any exchange, return or refunds of frozen meals, ensuring that pets receive consistently secure and reliable food throughout every stage of the process.
