Delivery & Returns

Is there a minimum for free delivery?

Free delivery for orders above $120.
For frozen orders (meals): $15 delivery below $120
For non-frozen orders (treats): $4.80 delivery below $120

When will I receive my delivery?

We deliver Mondays to Saturdays 10:30am-3pm, excluding selected Public Holiday eves & Public Holidays.

Please order by 2pm on Mon to Fri for next day delivery. For delivery on Mon, please place your order by 11am on Sat. Orders placed after 11am will be processed for delivery on Tue. 

To maintain logistic efficiency, we cannot make any changes to a delivery date or address after an order is placed. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address provided within the time slot selected to receive your item.

We cannot accommodate time-specific specific deliveries. For delivery at a specific date or time, please arrange your own collection from our space at Nordcom 2, 2 Gambas Crescent, #09-12 Lobby 1, Singapore 757044, from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. 

Please understand that timings are approximate and subjected to weather conditions/traffic delays, and our delivery partner will try their best to keep you updated.

Alll frozen items are handled and delivered in proper cold chain logistics to ensure maximum freshness of the products. 

We advise that you retrieve the thermal bags immediately and store appropriately in the freezer upon delivery. You agree that WILDCHOW will not be liable for the condition of your order once the order has been dropped off.

DELIVERY POLICIES

By placing an order with WildChow, you acknowledge that in the event no one is present or contactable for further instructions, your order with frozen items will be left at your door, gate or security counter. WildChow will not be liable for the condition of your order once the order has been dropped off. 

In the event that the order cannot be dropped off at your listed address, an admin & logistics fee of $24 will automatically be charged for the package to be returned to our kitchen and subsequent redelivery. Your order will be redelivered at an agreed date and time window.

I need my order urgently / Can I self collect my order?

If you need your order urgently, please select self pick-up and arrange your own collection from our space at Nordcom 2, 2 Gambas Crescent, #09-12 Lobby 1, Singapore 757044, from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Please WhatsApp us at 8928 8719 or email us at hello@wildchowpet.com to arrange. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship locally within Singapore.

You can track your package at any time by logging into your WildChow account.

RETURNS

WildChow safeguards the well-being of the pets, we uphold meticulous storage practices and implement stringent cold-chain transport protocols to ensure the utmost safety of our frozen pet meals.

In line with this, our policy strictly prohibits any exchange, return or refunds of frozen meals, ensuring that pets receive consistently secure and reliable food throughout every stage of the process.
