Free islandwide delivery for orders above $100. 

For frozen orders: $12 delivery below $100

For non-frozen orders: $4.80 delivery below $100

When will I get my delivery?

We aim to deliver your WildChow orders as quickly as possible. As all products are freshly procured and made in small batches weekly, please allow an approximate 3-5 days from your date of order to prepare your orders. Please read the next paragraph for orders with meals. Naturally, we’ll need a longer lead time during peak seasons due to the volume of orders. We appreciate you and your pet’s patience! You can also check your Order Status at any time for tracking information.


Meals will be delivered within 2-5 working days from date of order. Please understand that timings are approximate and subjected to weather conditions/traffic delays. 

Meals will be delivered in a cooler bag but cannot be left in room temperature, please ensure that someone will be at home to receive the package!

We advise that you retrieve the thermal bags immediately and place them into your freezer to prevent food spoilage. You agree that WILDCHOW will not be liable for food spoilage if the food has not been received and stored appropriately in the freezer upon delivery.


Redeliveries have an extra surcharge of $15, as an extra driver or driver’s overtime may be incurred.

All requests for time-specific deliveries will be arranged via LALAMOVE at an extra charge of $20 to maintain service efficiency and cost-effective delivery fees for all our customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship locally within Singapore.

You can track your package at any time by logging into your WildChow account.


As we are dealing with fresh produce and food products, we uphold our product handling process very strictly. Items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
