Handling & Storage

Keep frozen. Defrost in fridge 24 hrs before devouring.

As with any raw meat, standard safe hygienic practices should be observed at all times to avoid deterioration. Ensure all utensils, work areas and hands are thoroughly washed with warm soapy water after handling.

Never cook, re-heat or microwave as our Grounded-Raw range are formulated to meet NRC standards when consumed raw. Remaining food can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hrs. Do not refreeze.

Feeding Guide

Feed as complete meal or food topper. Suitable for adult cats. Feed up to double the amount for kittens.

Transition

Making the switch for most cats means gradually transitioning to new food so their stomach doesn’t get upset. A new diet causes disruption of the good bugs in your cat’s gut—called the microbiome—but if you take your time, their microbiome will adapt.

Go at your cat's pace! It should take ~10 days, some cat take a full month!

Don't be afraid to back track a step or two if it means your cat will eat.

We recommend a 2 week transition using the below table as a guide:

Payments are Auto Charged and delivery once biweekly, or monthly, depending on the plan selected.

Mailing Address: Please ensure your address is accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your address a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of the month. You can do this by emailing us directly.

Cancellation / Early Termination: Subscriptions will recur throughout the term of 2/4/6 months. A processing fee will be incurred for requests to end the subscription before the term completion.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received as part of the subscription plan.

We reserve the right to discontinue your subscription at any time for any reason. If a subscription is cancelled by us, it is our responsibility to issue a refund for all months remaining in your subscription.
