Handling & Storage

Keep frozen (-18°C) until ready to use. To feed, thaw packs in the chiller overnight. As these meals are fully cooked, no further cooking is required. For a quick-thaw, you may immerse the frozen meal packs at room temperature water for 15-20 minutes. If your dog prefers warm food, the water bath can be lukewarm water but not boiling. Leave the meal pack in the warm water for 5-10 mins before serving. Opened packs can can be kept in an airtight container in the chiller for up to 48 hours. Do not recook or microwave due to heat-sensitive ingredients.

Payments are Auto Charged and delivery once biweekly, or monthly, depending on the plan selected. 

Mailing Address: Please ensure your address is accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your address a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of the month. You can do this by emailing us directly.

Cancellation / Early Termination: Subscriptions will recur throughout the term of 2/4/6 months. A processing fee will be incurred for requests to end the subscription before the term completion. 

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received as part of the subscription plan.

We reserve the right to discontinue your subscription at any time for any reason. If a subscription is cancelled by us, it is our responsibility to issue a refund for all months remaining in your subscription.
